All our dealings with third parties are carried out in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and with the highest standards of integrity required. We declare that corrupt practices are not acceptable in Afriqvax business dealings both in the private and government sectors, Afriqvax’s dealings with governments and government officials are subject to specific anticorruption laws which carry very significant penalties, including but not limited to the UK Anti-Terrorism Crime and Security Act 2001, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
